The advisor for the Social Media & Marketing Committee is ACD Reina. This committee is responsible for our Instagram and gaining a following during move-in.

The advisors for Staff Recognition & Social Committee are CD Chuck & ACD Reina. This committee is responsible for all things social and recognition.

Host Stuffed Animal Recognition during Staff Meeting
Host 1 staff social per month (must get CD approval prior)
Submit at least 1 OTM nomination per month
Celebrate staff birthdays
The Diva la Paz Chair Committee is advised by CD Chuck & ACD Reina. This committee is responsible for everything Diva La Paz. More information will be shared in the Diva La Paz Manual; however, below you can review the structure of the workgroup committee.
The following work groups will be assigned to staff. In addition to the committee, the entire staff will be required to assist and work on the event as needed.
2 Staff Members per workgroup/subcommittee (8 total Staff Members)
Marketing Co-Chairs (Works with Housing Marketing and Social Media Committee to promote the event)
Logistics Co-Chairs (Works with campus/community partners and shift scheduling)
Decorations Co-Chairs (Works with CDs for purchasing decor and creating layouts for each space)
Educational Co-Chairs (Works with CDs to educate LPAZ RA Staff and Pride Room layout/materials)
The Hall Council Mentor Committee is advised by CD Chuck. This committee is responsible for attending Hall Council Meetings and supporting all things hall council.

Attend RA Hall Council Mentor Training on 8/15
Attend Hall Council Meetings on a rotational basis
Attend Hall Council Programs on a rotational basis
Lead Hall Council Recruitment efforts during opening (i.e. Hall Council Info Sessions, social media promotions with the Social Media Committee, etc.)
The Staff Council & Professional Development Committee is advised by CD Chuck & ACD Reina. This committee is responsible for all professional development.
4 Staff Members
Bring staff concerns, ideas, or advocacy to CD Chuck & ACD Reina
Assist in facilitating staff meetings and discussions
Present for 10 minutes each staff meeting on a rotating basis.
Topics can include professional development, fun facts, discussions, case studies, world events, passion projects, etc.
Topics must be sent to CD Chuck & ACD Reina at least 24 hours in advance for approval.
If you need more than 10 minutes, please include that information when you send the topic in for review.
Assist CD and ACD with building operations and facilitation as needed
