This event should focus on a gathering to welcome back residents for the Spring semester. All event request and information must be submitted in StarRez by 1 person by the due dates. This event must occur within the first 2 weeks of the semester.

The committee must figure out the following: 

1. The Event Name, Date, and Time

2. Marketing Flyer of the Event for Social Media and Printing (must be letter size 8.5x11 PDF for printing)

3. Snacks/Food/Drink, if offerred at event

4. Engagements of event, with either CAD or RHA / Staff Office equipment 

5. StarRez and Logistics

Hall Council will be conducting a Building Wide Valentines Event in February. Details to be planned and shared with RAs at a later date.

Our Sustainability Contest amongst the dorms. Specific engagements will be shared at a later date.
